A: Paying homage to Indonesia's textile heritage, we hand-draw every single motif in meticulous detail to make sure we stay true to our culture. These hand-drawn designs are then PRINTED onto our NOSWEAT material.

Q: What size am I?

A: Click here to see our size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend that you take the larger size if you prefer regular fit, or take the smaller size if you prefer a slimmer/tighter fit. Our sizes are the same across all our short sleeve button down shirts - so once you know your size, you’re set for all of them.

Q: Is Magani’s shirt regular or slim fit?

A: Our shirts are designed to be regular fit for a relaxed and stretchy fit for all-day comfort. If you prefer slim-fit, we recommend going down one size. Click here to see our size chart.

Q: How do I handle and care for my Magani shirt?

A: We make sure that your Magani shirt is super convenient to care for so that you can focus your time on more important things. Don’t waste time ironing or waste money dry-cleaning anymore.

Easy Care instructions:

    • Simply cold machine wash and tumble/hang dry
    • No need to iron or dry clean
    • Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach
    • Anti-wrinkle material will keep you looking fresh from day-to-night, casual-to-formal, outdoors-to-indoors

Q: Can you make custom shirts / will you be offering more sizes / can I buy material only?

A: We’re dedicated to making sure that our Magani shirts are inclusive and available for every body. We currently only offer men’s ready-to-wear shirts in sizes XS-3XL.

We understand you may have your sizing preferences and we wish we could make your custom sizes, but our process is very meticulous and developing/producing new styles/sizes takes time.

While we work to perfect additional size offerings, our shirts are made out of stretchy material so that it can accommodate different fits. We recommend sizing up if you prefer regular/relaxed fit or sizing down if you prefer slimmer/tighter fit. They might be what you’re looking for. Please check out our size chart here.

Q: What does the Magani shirt look like in real life? 

A: Due to photography editing and lighting, and variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colours shown may appear different to the product you receive. We cannot guarantee the colours of our products will be exact match to the perceived colour of the product you have viewed online because of this. HOW TO ORDER/PURCHASE

Q: How do I make a purchase on the website?

A: Simply pick your favourite item with the size you want and click “Add to cart” or “Buy it now” and follow the following steps:

    1. Fill in your e-mail address and contact information.
    2. Click “Continue to shipping” and choose the shipping method. 
    3. Click “Continue to Payment” and choose the payment method you want. Choose your Billing Address. Review your order summary and click “Complete Order”.
    4. If you have chosen payment method of: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB), Bank Transfer (Mandiri, BRI, Permata, BNI dan Bank Lain), or E-Wallet (OVO, Dana, Shopeepay) you will be redirected to our Xendit’s payment gateway page to process your payment order.

      If you have chosen Bank Tranfer - BCA, please send your proof of transfer and Order No# to Magani Customer Service WhatsApp Number: +62-816-842-665. After receiving your payment confirmation, your order will be processed for shipment. Important Note: Payment has to be made within 2 hours of your order. If we have not received your payment, your order will be cancelled automatically by our system.

Q: What if the shirt I want is sold out?

A: We try to make sure to restock all sizes of our shirts as soon as possible. If your size is sold out, please go to the product page, click the size you want, and click the link to sign up to receive email notification as soon as the size you want becomes available.

Q: What is Magani’s bank account number?

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Q: How do you ship?

A: We provide FREE REGULAR SHIPPING ACROSS INDONESIA, and FLAT RATE REGULAR SHIPPING TO SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA

Orders will only be delivered once full payment has been received and confirmed. 

Please note that all orders are only shipped on working days (Mon-Fri). All orders placed before 15:00 will be processed on the same day. Orders received on national holidays, weekends, or after 15:00 on weekdays will be processed on the next business day. When placing your order, please ensure all information concerning billing and delivery address is correct.

Average Shipping Delivery Time:

    • Jabodetabek: 1-3 working days (JNE REG)
    • Other cities in Indonesia: 2-5 working days (JNE REG)
    • More distant cities may require longer shipping time (JNE REG)
    • Singapore: 2-5 working days
    • Malaysia: 5-7 working days

Q: Can I arrange pickup or delivery with instant motorbike (Go-send/Grab and others)?

A: Yes. If you live in JABODETABEK area and wish to have the item as soon as possible, you can pick up your purchased item with Instant Motorbike Delivery from our office.

HOW TO:

1. Create your purchase on our website and checkout choosing "REQUEST PICK UP" shipping option or order through Magani Customer Service WhatsApp Number: +62-816-842-665. 

2. After making your purchase on the website, please contact Magani Customer Service WhatsApp Number: +62-816-842-665 to arrange the pick-up by your chosen provider. Make the appointment. We will provide you with the pick up address and inform you whether the item is ready for pick-up.

3. Please note we will only be operating Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM (excluding weekends and public holidays). You may only pick-up within that time range.

4. Delivery cost by your chosen provider is fully paid by you - the customer.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: Magani’s shirts are not labeled with price tags and are shipped using our biodegradable mailers. We do not offer gift wrapping using boxes, however we can always help you write a special note card. Please click here to purchase a Magani paper bag.

Q: What if I want to cancel / change my order?

A: Please contact Magani Customer Service WhatsApp Number: +62-816-842-665 immediately before your order ships. We regret that if your order has been shipped we cannot help to cancel or change anymore. You can contact us after you receive your item if you need exchange / refund.

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted if returned within 14 days from the day order was shipped
    • Shipping fee for refunds/exchanges under buyer's cost
    • Please make sure all products are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached and in the state you received them with no sign of wear and/or odour. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged shirts.
    • Refunds will only be processed once we have received your item
    • Purchased items are exchangeable for different sizes or motifs
    • All exchanges are subject to stock availability
    • Product exchanges only applied to products with manufactory defect

Q: When will I get my refund? 

A: For returns, we will process your refund payment within 3 working days after receiving your returned item(s). For credit card refunds, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
